The Wellness Center was excited to welcome Steve from Outlaw Medic Photography for a fascinating presentation about Sullivan’s March and the expedition through Bradford County! 🗺️🏞️

Consumers had the opportunity to watch an informative video and learn more about this important piece of local history. After the presentation, everyone participated in a question-and-answer session, giving consumers the chance to ask questions and learn even more! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️💡

The Wellness Center was honored to participate in the “Light the Night” Su***de Prevention and Awareness Community Event. Our consumers had the opportunity to learn about important community resources and supports, including how to access and obtain help when it is needed. 💜

Throughout the event, we heard powerful stories, gained knowledge, and came together as a community to raise awareness and support one another. Events like this remind us that we are not alone, that help is available, and that coming together can make a difference. 🕯️✨

During extended night programming, Mindy and our consumers took some time to slow down and focus on calmness through the art of mandala coloring. 🧘‍♀️💜🌀

Together, we talked about how life can sometimes feel overwhelming and fast-paced. 🌪️⏰ Mandala coloring gave everyone an opportunity to pause, focus, and express themselves creatively. 🎨🖌️ There is no right or wrong way to be creative! 💫🌟

The goal was simple: take a few moments to slow down, relax, and focus on something peaceful. 🌸🦋💖 Sometimes, a little creativity and quiet time can make a big difference! ✨🎨🧘‍♂️
