🏙️ The Wellness Center Visits Scranton — The Electric City! ⚡

The Wellness Center enjoyed an exciting trip to Scranton, also known as The Electric City! Consumers took a ride on a 100-year-old trolley, traveling 10 miles while learning about the fascinating history of the trolley and the surrounding area. 🚋📚 After the ride, everyone toured the trolley museum and explored even more local history!

🌿🎨🐾 Wellness Center River Walk! 🚶‍♀️☀️

The Wellness Center enjoyed a refreshing River Walk, taking in the beautiful scenery, exploring the artwork along the way, and learning about the animals featured in the paintings! 🐦🦋🐢

Community outings like these provide a wonderful opportunity to get fresh air, stay active, burn off energy in a positive and healthy way, and learn something new while enjoying our local community. 💚🌳

Sometimes, a little sunshine, movement, and creativity are just what we need to boost our mood and support our overall wellness! 🌞💙

We had a beautiful night at Bradford Hills for a Trunk or Treat event! NTC had 4 trunks! The Wellness Center has been working hard on their trunk creations and treats for the last two weeks! See our next creation tomorrow at Sayre Heath Care! Thank you to everyone who made this event a success!
