Community partnerships make a real difference ❤️

United Way of Northwest Connecticut would like to thank everyone who helped make the Stock the Shelves food drive such a success this weekend alongside the Rotary Club of the Torrington / Winsted Areas.

Because of the generosity of our community, we collected:
🛒 1,122 pounds of food
💵 $623 in donations

These donations will help support local food pantries and neighbors facing food insecurity throughout Northwest Connecticut.

A special thank you to David Decker and All-Star Transportation CT for providing buses and volunteers to transport all of the collected donations to Five Points Arts Center.

We are also incredibly grateful to all of the Rotarians, volunteers, and community members who gave their time, donated items, and helped spread the word.

When our community comes together, amazing things happen. Thank you for helping us Stock the Shelves and support local families in need!
