We're proud to honor the sophomores on our men’s and women’s golf teams and celebrate the impact they have made on EWC Golf. ⛳️

Head Coach Zach Smith put it best: “I’m so proud and thankful for all the sophomores on the team. The girls took a leap of faith by committing to EWC last year to start the program, and I’ll forever be grateful for their trust in EWC and myself. I’m excited to work with both squads one last semester, and I know they’ll all go on to do great things after graduation in May.”

Thank you, sophomores, for the trust, the work, and the legacy you’ll leave behind. We can't wait to see what you do this spring! 💛🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

Eastern Wyoming College is hosting a home and away series between Lingle-Ft. Laramie and Southeast. The series begins tonight with the girls game beginning at 5:00 p.m. and the boys game beginning at 6:30 p.m. The series will continue again in two weeks with the same tip off times on January 29, 2026. We hope you will be able to join us at the event, but we will also be streaming it! 🏀

EWC alum and former Lancer basketball player, Malik Frederick, gave back in a powerful way this holiday season. 🦃💛

Working through Number 34—the local nonprofit where he now mentors youth—Malik helped provide full Thanksgiving meals for eight Goshen County families. With support from the Wyoming Hunger Initiative, EWC, and Fresh Foods, he turned a personal dream into a community effort.

“This is something I have wanted to do since I was in high school,” he shared, reflecting on times when he and his family faced similar struggles.

“It truly takes a village,” Malik said — and because of that village, eight families will enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal this year.
