Palos Verdes Junior Women's Club The Palos Verdes Junior Women's Club is a non-profit 501C3. MEMBERSHIP is by invitation to women over 21 who reside on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

ESTABLISHED in 1958 as a non-profit public benefit corporation, the Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club is designated a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Our members are a diverse group, including community leaders, stay-at-home moms, and professional women in business, law and medicine. Our organization is 100% volunteer; we have no paid staff.

The Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club Spring Gala “Take It To The Limit” was a colorful array of 80’s Glam marries Rock and Roll FUN last Saturday Night March 21st at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach. Thanks to the incredible Committee and Board for leading the way. Much appreciation for the Generous Sponsors and Donors who give to support the mission.

Palos Verdes Verdes Junior Women’s Club Spring Fundraiser Gala VIP Concert Experience
“Take It To The Limit” was held March 21st at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach. The Eagles theme was present throughout the venue with entertainment provided by The Eagles Allstars Tribute Band.
The primary goal of the night was to raise funds making it possible to grant requests to the 17 South Bay charities that uplift women and children in crisis right here in the Southbay. The night began with a high energy silent auction, dinner with dancing and Live Auction items rounding out the night’s excitement and a very crowded dance floor.
Thank You to ALL of our generous Sponsors & Donors, our Elective Board, Appointive Board, & the Amazing Spring Gala Committee.
Many thanks to Everyone who attended the evening and put the FUN in FUNdraising.

Our Mission

The Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club raises funds to support local philanthropies that help meet often overlooked and under-served critical needs in the South Bay community with crisis intervention, prevention, and support. We also award scholarships to worthy, local graduating high school seniors entering their first year of college or university. Philanthropies are selected after a thorough investigation of their financial need and community impact. Focus is placed on groups that address the needs of women and children in crisis.
