What a meeting! Thank you to District Governor Brady Connell for attending and speaking at our spooky themed meeting tonight! Three of our club members were awarded by Brady Connell for their dedication and commitment to Rotary. The Rising Star Award went to Josh Replogle, the Have Fun and Get it Done Award to Denise Zamora, and the Creating Lasting Impact Award to Ana Acosta!

We want to thank Brady for being first DG to include Rotaract in his club visits, and for his support for Rotaract clubs district wide!

A special thank you to our guest presenter Christina Merino for her advice on spotting what’s real and what’s not with AI. And to our sponsoring clubs and Rotarians, we are so grateful for your continued support.

Tis the season! Join us for our next monthly meeting on Thursday, October 15th. Bring a friend, bring a treat, and wear a costume!

Our guest speaker, Christina Merino, is a local journalist who will be presenting on identifying the reality and haunts of artificial intelligence, and how to spot it in your everyday life!

We will also have a special visit from District Governor Brady Connell!

As always, this is a potluck style meeting, so bring a treat (not tricks) to share!

Our club members had an amazing time participating in the District Picnic and Cardboard Boat Regatta in collaboration with Rotary Club of Redondo Beach. Our “Captain Crunch” themed boat and crew members won 3rd place in the first round and 4th place in the final. Congratulations to Josh and Christina who also won Best Regatta Costume! We had a wonderful time today celebrating our district and connecting with both new and familiar faces.
