The Topsham Garden Club typically meets monthly on the second Wednesday for programs or field trips. Most program are offered at the Topsham Public Library and are free and open to the public. Information on upcoming programs can be found at www.TopshamGardenClub.com. Dues are $20 per year, or $35 for two members of a household, and include membership in the National Garden Club, New England Garden Club, Garden Club Federation of Maine, and the Medomak District of the GCFM.

A very belated thank you to everyone who came out and supported our plant sale! It was a bit chilly but we had an amazing turn out. Thanks to all of the members who contributed plants, to all the shoppers and Huge thank you to Town of Topsham for the use of the town hall and Topsham Public Library for the tables.

This is a community event we could not pull off without the help of so many.

When you have 40MPH wind gusts and 2 inches of rain in the forecast but you are resourceful gardeners you make an alternative plan!

We usually set up and leave the plants out overnight, but we decided to tuck our lovely assortment of amazing plants in so they would be all the more ready for your viewing pleasure tomorrow morning at 9am. We look forward to seeing you!

We will have tents and lots of good advise and energy!

For those who might be wondering, where do the plants come from at the Topsham Garden club plant sale. They are provided by our wonderful members in their personal gardens. And this year our incredible vice president Chelsie French and secretary Lia Barnes have been helping dig up plants from members gardens that might want a little assistance. Today even in the rain Ellie and Chelsie had great success!

If you have not had the chance to check out McLaughlin Garden there is no time like the present. We saw beautiful native plants at our visit and their lilac festival is right around the corner. We just know those lilacs will be blooming and spectacular!!
