Our community is at its strongest when we are grounded, connected, and full of hope. ✨

But keeping that energy alive means recognizing that fascism relies on our exhaustion. When we are running on fumes, it is harder to resist, harder to organize, and harder to protect the communities we love. Burnout isn't just personal fatigue—it is a tool that helps oppressive systems win.

Choosing to pause, rest, and tend to our well-being isn't a distraction from the fight; it is how we sustain it. We must restore ourselves to keep showing up, demanding accountability, and protecting democracy.

We gathered on the Topsfield Common for Juneteenth—not just to reflect on history, but to commit to the ongoing work of anti-racism right here in our community. Education and activism are how we drive real change, and anti-racism isn’t supposed to be comfortable. You cannot fix a broken system by pretending it isn’t broken.

We are so grateful to everyone who showed up, listened, and shared space. Thank you to our incredible speakers and leaders who made their voices heard:
