Are you preparing to start graduate school this fall? You likely have many questions as you take this next step.

Your faith and your work… are they one calling, or two competing demands?

You know your research interests—but do you know your calling?

The academy gives you metrics—who gives you meaning?

If you’ve been asking questions like these, consider joining:
Sacred Calling of Scholarship – 2026 Summer Cohorts – An InterVarsity Event

During four online gatherings, you will:

• Connect with a community of fellow followers of Jesus preparing for graduate school
• Engage in spiritual practices that sustain an academic life
• Explore the integration of scholarship and faith
• Gain practical guidance for beginning your graduate journey

Gatherings will take place in July and early August, with timing based on participant availability.

Freedom isn’t free.

On this Memorial Day, we give thanks to our Lord for the brave men and women who gave their lives so that we may live in freedom. Even though we do not know all of their names, and though we did not know them personally, they gave everything so that future generations might live in freedom. That is real love—to sacrifice yourself for your country and for people you never know.

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13 (NLT)

For us, they will always be friends & heroes.

If you would like to honor a service member who made the ultimate sacrifice, we invite you to share their name in the comments below.
