Amazing news for local families!

Thanks to a $250,000 award from the Washington State Department of Commerce, Northwest Community Action Center is helping qualifying low-income households access energy-efficient home upgrades that help families get more from every energy dollar.

From heat pumps that keep homes comfortable year-round to energy-efficient appliances and electrical upgrades, this program is designed to help families lower energy costs and improve comfort at home. With the the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) Program, households throughout Mid and Lower Yakima County and Klickitat County are eligible.
