Our friend, Irene Davis, is already touting the benefits of attending the Black Family Awareness event on March 21. We never want you to miss the best stuff, so we’re looking forward to seeing YOU and Irene💚🔗

Attending the Black Family Wellness Program will be a meaningful and empowering experience. The event creates a safe, welcoming space where families could learn about physical health, mental well-being, nutrition, and preventive care in ways that felt culturally relevant and supportive. Wellness in Black communities is especially important because of the historical and ongoing disparities that impact access to care, chronic disease outcomes, and mental health support. Programs like this not only provide education but also foster connection, trust, and collective strength. By encouraging open conversations about health, self-care, and generational healing, this event will reinforced the idea that wellness is not just individual, it is a community commitment rooted in love, resilience, and empowerment.
