Circles believes that the ultimate responsibility for poverty and prosperity rests not only in the hands of individuals, but within all sectors of our communities. By engaging all segments of a
community, people learn to see each other differently and to think in new ways about poverty and how to eradicate it. The comprehensive initiative is comprised of three components:

1. Circles Training teac

own life and in the community.

2. Community Support provides opportunities to meet on a weekly basis in small and large group
formats in order to build relationships across economic and cultural lines for individuals and the
community.

3. Community Transformation will change public and social policy in order to increase the
capacities to resolve poverty and thrive.
