Congratulations to our THRIVE and BOLD cohort graduates! 🎓✨

Last week, KASB celebrated the completion of two incredible leadership development experiences designed to support and strengthen Kansas school leaders.

Throughout the year, THRIVE participants built their knowledge of human resources practices, employee management, workplace culture, and strategies to navigate the challenges facing today’s school districts. BOLD participants expanded their expertise in business operations and leadership, gaining insight into areas such as facilities planning, finance, technology, procurement, security, and risk management.
Beyond the knowledge gained, these cohorts created opportunities for collaboration, connection, and learning alongside leaders from across Kansas. We are proud of the dedication and commitment these graduates have shown and grateful for the work they do every day to support their schools and communities.

Congratulations to our newest THRIVE and BOLD alumni!
