Phyllis is accompanied by Linda Uthoff, President of the LWV-Manhattan KS. The League of Women Voters was instrumental in creating the vision, selecting the artist, and raising the public donations to cover the mural.

Phyllis will be in the Capitol on the one-year anniversary of the dedication of the mural, Jan 29, 2026, to autograph posters of the mural.
