For a century, Westminster has been more than a building—it’s been a place of connection, service, and care for the Topeka community. From supporting families in times of need to feeding hundreds of children each summer, their impact continues to inspire the work we do at CTGO.

If you or someone you know is struggling with heating bills, help may still be available through the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP).

🗓 The deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.

LIEAP helps eligible Kansas households pay a portion of their winter heating costs.
