Let’s let the power of dance move through us as medicine— bringing us to presence, helping us drop into our bodies, moving energy/emotions, all while having fun and practicing embodiment 🧡

The only guru present will be your body, with music as your facilitator & guide 🌹🎶

If you enjoy spontaneous dance parties, ecstatic dance or 5 Rhythms you’ll enjoy this gathering. But also, no experience needed, because this is a great practice for those that think they don’t know how to dance. This isn’t about performance, it’s about being present with our bodies through the art of movement 😍

Sisters, join me this Sunday for an intimate women’s circle.

We will be discussing the intersection of self-care and Earth-care as we sip tea, learning to create an Earth altar for greater intimacy with Mother Earth, getting our hands into the Earth through planting a pollinator garden, crafting herbal medicines (all materials provided), and finishing with a homemade organic meal.

Sisters, after a long hiatus, is back— in a different format, but still a place for community to gather, pray & play together.

Our first event will be focused on womb wisdom, because it’s very powerful & empowering work and I really want my sisterhood to embrace & benefit from this line of wisdom.

This is an opportunity for you to work with .vizcarra in an intimate group setting, at a very affordable price (you know I’m using my sister hook up for this one! 😂).

We will be discussing womb consciousness, energetic hygiene, and why it’s important to clear our womb space. We’ll also journey together to clear our wombs & activate/awaken our God-given feminine power ❤️🔥.

Today we greet the Gaelic tradition of Imbolc - a time where the world of darkness and light encounter one another.

A crossroad between Winter , Spring and the returning Sun.

Sometimes symbolizing a crossroad in our lives.

A New Moon is also waxing in the sky in the water bearing sign of Aquarius.

A time to stay true to the Self and walk to the beat of our own drum.
