Stock the Shelves for Students!

Each year Tooele Jr High PTSA does a service project during December. This year, we want to support students in our Tooele schools. Both Tooele Jr High and Tooele High School have a Wellness Center for Students, and they could use our support.

Food items are the biggest need right now; the Wellness Centers provide both snacks and lunch to students.

Please support our students and the PTSA by bringing items to donate each day beginning Wednesday Dec 10th thru Tuesday Dec 16th.

If we are able to collect over 100 items, PTSA will provide a treat to all Tooele Jr High Students!

PTA Reflections is a nationwide arts program organized by the National PTA. It’s designed to encourage students to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts.
Each year, a new theme is chosen and students create original works of art inspired by that theme.

🌟 This year’s theme is “I Belong” 🌟

Students can enter in six categories:
🎨 Visual Arts
📸 Photography
🎥 Film Production
🎶 Music Composition
💃 Dance Choreography
📝 Literature
Entries are judged at the school level, and winners can advance to council, district, state, and even national competitions, where scholarships and recognition are awarded.
It’s all about giving students a platform to share their unique voices and talents, while boosting confidence and building a sense of belonging in the school community.
Show us what belonging means to YOU through art, music, dance, film, photography, or writing!

Hard to believe that school has been in session for 2 weeks already! With this in mind our students have had 2 weeks to collect F.A.S.T. passes and are excited to turn them in for some awesome goodies from our PTSA store. We are looking for 3 volunteers for Sept. 12 1-2pm and Sept. 26 1-2pm. Please use the signupgenius below to sign up. We've had a great first 2 weeks of school. PTSA is ready to kick off our volunteering year. Our first meeting is Monday September 8 from 7-8pm in the TJH library. We will be going over our budget, changes in our bylaws and deciding what incentives we are giving students each quarter. We are in need of a full quorum; 10 individuals, to attend this meeting to pass our budget. Can't wait to see you all and hear your inputs.

It is Reflections Time! Work on your entries over the long weekend :)
