Lucy is doing amazing! She is such a spoiled little girl!!! We can’t wait for summer when we can take her out and continue to explore the world with us!

So Sorry of the delayed updates! It has been so cold, family being sick so there is not much of an update or new things! Lucy is fully walking running, playing, and acts just like any normal 4 leg pup! She tho can not jump on to things, so we will be looking into some doggy stairs for her :). She is do AMAZING!!!!

Todays Miss Lucy finally got a bath as her sores are now closed! She did soooo amazing getting a good scrub down smelling amazing after words! And of course had to have a warm sweater put on after words. She also only had one accident in the house today which is progress!!

Lucy also has started smiling again more often! She is letting her gamma and bff know when she needs to potty by going to the doors!

This starting over and re learning everything is going AMAZING

Lucy's Journey

Although Lucy is on the road to a successful pup life and surgery has took place we still have to pay back the cost. Please keep sharing!

Lucy is a 4 month old puppy. She belongs to her 6 year old best friend. Lucy was given to my daughter, TaeLynn who is 6 years old. Lucy helps TaeLynn with emotional support on many levels but the main level, giving her that companion to confine in. That best friend that loves on no limit. That person that goes everywhere with you. And much more. Lucy loves anything outdoors with no limit from bike rides, hiking, mountains and site seeing. Most of all Lucy loves her dress up and pamper time she gets with her best friend and the race up and down stairs to see who is going to win!

Unfortunately on 10/30/2022 Lucy's life took a turn after she had fallen out of the side of the truck on one of many adventures she has took. The fall caused Lucy to now have a broken femur on her back right leg. With where the break is and how bad it is, they have determined it is best to amputate her back leg. With this amputation it will give Lucy a full expect life span and allow her to continue to bring light and love to all those who surround her or meet her.

At this point in Lucy's new life Journey we are trying to collect the cost of this surgery as we do not have the emergency funds.

UPDATE!

Miss Lucy got her staples out yesterday and cone off! She is doing amazing and back to her warm clothes and dress up!!!

Sorry we have not posted an update in a few days! The house hood has came down with the flu!

But here is an update! Miss Lucy is getting back to normal! Running, playing, snuggling and back to making it a point to be with her best friend!

Miss Lucy’s gets her many staples removed this coming week! We are beyond excited and so is she! As soon as they are removed you’ll be flooded with dress up photos!

Today is the last day to our in tamale orders! All proceeds go to Lucy's Journey for the cost of her procedure that took place on 11/4/2022!
