CYAC Community Youth Advisory Council We are a structured youth action group. We are elected, appointed or volunteer to CYAC.

Our constituents are made up of 4-H Members, Classes 6-12, Student Council, FBLA, and Faith Based Youth, Northern Nye & Esmeralda Counties 4-H Members and students and other interested individuals. The Community Youth Advisory Council was established in 2002 through the National 4-H Youth and Adult Partnerships movement. CYAC’s mission is to empower youth through their participation in their commu

nities as realistic partners. Goals are to communicate ideals, visions and participate in decision making processes with adults through service learning projects, prevention programs, and outreach by meeting the needs of the youth of their community.
