I’m sorry if I said the wrong name of the commission that is meeting. Please just show up if you can. Just be there, you don’t have to speak.

I have such a hard time editing on this app I rarely post. This is very similar to the wheat boom of the 1920s before the dust bowl. The brand new tractor technology allowed out of town farmers to plow the natural tall bluestem prairie which held the moisture in with its deep roots for a millennia before humans got there. Once the drought came the wheat fields were not rooted deep enough to withstand the winds and the eroded topsoil was spread in the wind across the entire Midwest, for years. Destroying many livelihoods. These data centers are too large and require too much power for our environment to sustain. I am not against AI or advancement but when has move fast and break things ever worked in nature? Smaller scale data centers have worked in the past. This plan is not feasible. Please make your voices heard with your city and county.

Carpenter bees and other naive bees get pushed out of the area when European Honey Bees are present. My last name is Carpenter so they are family.
