🚨 Now Accepting Applications for the 2026 Citizen’s Police Academy! 🚨

The Kenmore Police Department is proud to announce the return of our Citizen’s Police Academy, starting September 17, 2026 —hosted at our new state-of-the-art facility!

👮‍♂️ What is it?

A 12-week interactive program designed to give residents and business owners an inside look at modern policing. Classes are a mix of lectures and hands-on training, covering topics like:
• Domestic Violence & DWI Enforcement
• CPR & Mental Health De-escalation
• Crime Scene Investigation
• Narcotics, SWAT, Recruitment, Defensive Tactics & more!

📅 When?

Thursday evenings, 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM, starting 9/17/26

📌 Apply by: September 4th, 2026

👥 Who can join?

• Must be 18 or older.
• Preference given to Village of Kenmore residents and business owners.
• Able to commit to attending one night per week for 12 weeks.
• Space is limited, so don’t wait!
