James V. and Fay P. Ryan Paramedic Foundation The James V. and Fay P. Ryan Paramedic Foundation was established in 1985 to honor the late Town of Tonawanda For over 35 years, the James V.

Ryan Foundation's mission is to provide funds needed to enhance emergency medical services in the Town of Tonawanda and Village of Kenmore. The Foundation has been able to continue our mission because of the generous donations from residents like you. We thank you for your continued support for the past three and half decades and look forward to continuing our efforts in the future.
