We have been busy this week creating more space, painting, and getting ready for the school year to get going again. The church and our home are looking awesome to receive kiddos in newly remodeled, safe, and clean areas. We’re so thankful. Weekday groups return on September 21st for Middle School Youth Connect and September 23rd for High School Discover Group.

The school has also cut down trees right along our property line. We’ve been cleaning up from that as well. We look forward to rocking soon! Watch for calendar of events coming soon for the rest of September.

We had a wonderful day at the Tonasket Pool! 🏊 🏊‍♀️ It’s always a funny thing to know if kids will show up on a Sunday with all the smoke and ash. But, praise the Lord, the sky cleared and we had sunshine and blue skies in a matter of a few hours. It brought joy and a strong sense of relief to enjoy that with kiddos. We actually ended up with 39 youth for the afternoon! School can now officially start! Please keep these kids and all the youth of Tonasket in prayer as they begin the school year. There’s nervousness and anxiety, but there is also excitement from students to see friends and teachers again soon.
