Friends of the Ocean County Library Toms River NJ The Friends a non-profit organization that works to support our public library.

We are volunteers that design and manage fundraising activities in support of the library and offer programs and events for the community to enjoy. The Friends are committed to promoting the library’s functions, resources and services, fostering public support for its ongoing operations and future needs.
