Its been two years....Thank you for everyones help with donations and their time. With out you we would have never been able to help out so many families during this storm.. We still think of all of you....some even turned into friendships. We hope everyone is doing well!

To all our friends, family and wonderful CORE supporters: at this time, we have decided to postpone the 7/18/13 event for JOSH. The reason for doing so actually makes us VERY happy. As josh continues to get healthier and stronger each and everyday, his family has decided to take the upcoming summer months and spend them with Josh simply focusing on regaining some normalcy in their lives. So if our looking for Josh, he can be found embracing the feeling of the warm sun on his face & sand in his toes, proudly watching his son grow everyday, walking hand in hand with his wife, reminiscing and laughing with his family and friends, and overall embracing his life, loved ones and all the beauty that surrounds him. We wish Josh and his family and wonderful summer.

CORE has not given up and will continue to support Josh. We along with family and friends have decided to hold another beautiful benefit...,so save the date get your sitter because this is going to be a great night out with your friends or spouse! July 18th (Thursday) night Coctail Party-Dancing-and A Beautiful Gift Auction at the Beautiful White Sands of Point Pleasant. $45.00 a ticket, (including one ticket for a door prize) More details to follow but in the mean time save the date and if you will like to donate to the gift auction please let us know sooner then later. Thank you all for following our updates and prayers for Josh, we would appreciate your continues support by attending.

Our hearts and prayers continue to go out to the community of Moore, Oklahoma, especially the families who have been so tragically affected. May God give them the strength and faith to persevere.

We have family and friends in Oklahoma, who are assisting us in locating donation sites. We have found a wonderful church, as well as a radio station who are ensuring the donations get to the people with the greatest need.

Currently, CORE is collecting gas cards, as well as larger chain store cards as donations. This is currently the most efficient way for us to send donations. It will keep shipping costs down, and we won't be overloading them with items they may not need. The stores in that area include Walmart, Target, Sam's and Shell gas. If you would like to donate, please let us know and we will arrange for a pick up.

Our community received so many generous donations from out of state and we are happy to be able to pay it forward.

Happy mothers day to all the mothers! I want to wish a very happy mothers day to the rest of my C.O.R.E girls, we have all had our own "rough" times in our life and we have all been mothers to our children for one in other and I thank you for being there when I could not get the kids off the bus, put dinner on the table, take them to after school activities or that simple hug just to let them know everything is going to be ok. So I thank you girls...I love you and I love this journey that we are on together! Enjoy your day! xoxo

We are looking for spring/summer clothing for the following family, that lost all their belongings to Hurricane Sandy:

Boy age 15 (thin) size 12-15
Girl age 8 - size 8-10
Girl age 3- size 3t-4t

Parents:
Mom- size 12
Dad- size large & pants/shorts 34

Only new or gently uses clothing
please. It's spring cleaning time! It's this a great reason to clean out those closets.

Additionally , their car is in need of repair & they are unable to pay for it. If someone knows a local mechanic that is willing to either donate labor or do it for a very reasonable rate, that would be wonderful. The father is out of work as he was employed in seaside and the location no longer exists.
