First and foremost happy thanksgiving to all.
To all of our Little by little families that lost your children our thoughts and prayers are with you every single holiday especially this one. When others give thanks you rightfully feel cheated of your children’s future and it’s not fair in the least. It never will be.
For those families still fighting our continued prayers for good scans and peace when anxiety takes hold.
I need to reach out because after a long time and lots of sleepless nights and after discussion with my kids and the rest of our board and the families we serve made the difficult decision to cease operations for little by little by the end of this year.
It’s never been something I’ve been ok if I wasn’t able to give 110% towards and now as I get older and my girls do as well we won’t be able to give the time needed to make all it deserves to be.
We are so very grateful for all the donors. It doesn’t happen without you. For all those who came to all our events we appreciate you so much. ❤️ Whether you donated money, your time, your thoughts and prayers we appreciate you all more than you can imagine. You made the most difficult time in my children and my life bearable by helping us find this outlet for our grief that was much needed. For that I will always be grateful.
To all the partners like Warrior Spin, the Banks family foundation this doesn’t happen without you. So thank you for all you do for our mutual community.
For all the families we’ve helped over the years you may think we’ve helped you but you’ve helped us just as much if not more.
And lastly but not least to the donors of $500000 of which I’ll always be so proud that every penny has gone out to the families we’ve helped assist you’ve made the darkest days in some of these families not only bearable but gave them a chance to smile when everything in them tells them to cry endlessly. So thank you all ❤️
I’ll finish with a saying I’m sure I heard somewhere from someone and it reminds me of my dad. Even if he didn’t say it I know he certainly lived it. You don’t need to run a charity to be charitable. And that’s what we will continue to do.
