Monroe County Christmas

Monroe County Christmas To help every child in Monroe County have a gift to open this holiday, the widows not feel so alone, and the sick to be comforted.

To give back where we have a little extra. And most importantly, let everyone feel the love of Christ this holiday season.

Monroe County… I’ve got a question for you ❤️

What’s your favorite Christmas memory growing up?

Was it a gift?
A tradition?
A moment with family?

Drop it below 👇

(This is just one of the reasons we do what we do… to help create these moments for others.)

Right now, we’re already thinking ahead…

Little boys who love trucks 🚛
Little girls who love dolls 🧸
Teens who often get overlooked…

Every age. Every story. Every need matters.

If you ever see something while you’re out shopping and think,
“That would be perfect for a child…”

Don’t ignore that nudge ❤️

“Freely you have received; freely give.” – Matthew 10:8

Everything we have… we were given first.

And sometimes the greatest way to thank God
is to become the answer to someone else’s prayer.

Monroe Co Christmas isn’t just about gifts…
it’s about being His hands and feet.

❤️ Let’s be that this year.

It starts with one.

One gift.
One family.
One act of kindness.

And before you know it…
a whole community is changed.

Monroe Co Christmas is already beginning to prepare for this year.

If you’ve ever thought about being part of it…
this is your moment. ❤️

🎁 “We didn’t think we were going to have Christmas this year…”

Those were the words spoken quietly last year…

And then Monroe Co Christmas showed up.

Gifts under the tree. Food on the table. Hope restored.

What may feel small to one family…
can mean everything to another.

This is why we do what we do.
Not just for a day… but for the moments that change people.

❤️ Thank you to everyone who made that possible.

🎄 It might feel early… but it’s not.

As tax refunds start hitting bank accounts, I just want to plant a seed in your heart…

What if a small portion of what you received this year could change someone else’s Christmas?

Every year, Monroe Co Christmas serves widows, children, the sick, and families who are just trying to make it.

And the truth is… it doesn’t start in December.
It starts now.

If you’ve been blessed this season and feel led to give early, we are already preparing and believing for even more families to be reached this year. ❤️

Let’s turn overflow into impact.

🎁 Give. Share. Pray.

Last year… we watched kids open gifts they weren’t expecting…
widows cry… families breathe again…
and it reminded us—this is bigger than Christmas.
It’s about showing people they are seen and loved.

🚔 National Law Enforcement Day 🚔

Today we pause to honor those who stand watch while others sleep—men and women who willingly step into danger to protect life, maintain order, and serve their communities with courage and sacrifice.

Scripture reminds us that authority and justice are not accidental.
“For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good.” (Romans 13:4)

Law enforcement officers are often the unseen line between chaos and peace. They carry burdens most will never understand, make split-second decisions under immense pressure, and serve knowing the cost can be high. Their work matters—to our communities, to our families, and to God.

At Monroe Co Christmas, we believe honoring service is part of living out our faith. Today, we offer our gratitude, our prayers, and our support for those who protect and serve—asking the Lord to cover them with wisdom, restraint, courage, and peace.

We also want to give a special honorable mention to Chris Ford, whose generous support this year helped make our ministry possible. His heart for service and community reflects the same spirit of sacrifice we honor today.

🙏 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.” — Matthew 5:9

Thank you to all who serve—and to those who stand behind them.
