🚔 National Law Enforcement Day 🚔
Today we pause to honor those who stand watch while others sleep—men and women who willingly step into danger to protect life, maintain order, and serve their communities with courage and sacrifice.
Scripture reminds us that authority and justice are not accidental.
“For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good.” (Romans 13:4)
Law enforcement officers are often the unseen line between chaos and peace. They carry burdens most will never understand, make split-second decisions under immense pressure, and serve knowing the cost can be high. Their work matters—to our communities, to our families, and to God.
At Monroe Co Christmas, we believe honoring service is part of living out our faith. Today, we offer our gratitude, our prayers, and our support for those who protect and serve—asking the Lord to cover them with wisdom, restraint, courage, and peace.
We also want to give a special honorable mention to Chris Ford, whose generous support this year helped make our ministry possible. His heart for service and community reflects the same spirit of sacrifice we honor today.
🙏 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.” — Matthew 5:9
Thank you to all who serve—and to those who stand behind them.
