The wonderful owner/founder of Safe Waters Animal Rescue, Norine Johnson, live traps suffering dogs in the 5th ward area of Houston and has been for the last ten years. The dogs from that area need vet care immediately! She rehabs and cares for them until they are well, socialized and ready for adoption. She has been doing this all by herself for years, but needs to downsize, so she desperately needs your help to save these loving suffering animal's lives!
