SHOUT OUT TO OUR AMAZING FOSTERS!!! 🥰🥳🤗

We here at Biscuits Cat Haven wanted to take a moment and shout out from the rooftops just how incredibly grateful we are for our fosters.

No rescue exists without them!!

They are an integral part of us being able to do what we do, are part of the solution and make a difference and impact every time they open their homes to foster.

Fosters do at minimum and so much more:
😻 Open their homes
😻 Quarantine and follow protocols
😻 Care for sick kitties/cats
😻 Give meds, bathe and isolate when needed
😻 Give their time
😻 Have the biggest hearts
😻 Love, love and love some more
😻 Feed, clean litter boxes and offer playtime
😻 Socialization and transition gurus
😻 Transport, adoption events, post op care
😻 Truly get to know the personalities of their foster(s) and contribute greatly to finding the furever home works best for them.
😻 And sooooo much more!!!

White Linen & Love Letters is happening at William Price Distilling Co. on August 1st, and we are SO excited✨🍸

The dress code is white, because of course it is. It’s the famous white linen tradition, so pull out your prettiest linen, your favorite white dress, whatever makes you feel like the main character. Dress up. Have fun with it.

What to expect:
🤍FREE public entry
🤍 Local romance authors, bookish businesses, and some genuinely fun vendors
🤍 The first 20 guests through the door will receive a free tote
🤍 Kids crafts, where they can design their own mini plant pot, plus a bounce house. Fully family-friendly.
🤍 The market is indoors, but William Price also has a shaded outdoor patio to relax on, plus a little playhouse for the kids.
🤍 Our free community book exchange is back. Bring a book, take a book. We usually get so many donations that we’re never mad if you take two or three.
🤍 A community food drive, so bring a non-perishable item or two to help our neighbors in need.
🤍 A special giveaway announcement is coming next week, and one lucky guest will walk away with a prize.
🤍 Nonprofits (like us!) fundraising and connecting with the community!

Bring the family, make it a girls’ day, or come solo. And to all our guys who love to read and enjoy a good romance novel, we see you and love you too. These events are for everyone, that’s the whole beauty of reading.

Miss Kitty's foster family is leaving the country on 7/28.

Biscuits Cat Haven needs a new foster family for her by 7/27 as our Director’s home is out of room for anymore fosters.

We are looking for a home with:

✅ No dogs or very calm dogs that will give her, her space.
✅ Kids 13 years of age and older.
✅ She is shy but so sweet and will take some time to warm up.
❓We’re not sure how she is with other cats as we’ve not seen her around them.

We had such a great time at the Houston Cat Expo! 🥳

This is one of our favorite events to take part in and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

We met so many amazing people, made great connections and reconnected with vendors and peeps we knew.

INTAKE #1 of 5 for Biscuits Cat Haven!!

So much has happened in just a week!

We've taken in 5 babies, and this is first of 5 announcements to introduce you to them, tell their stories and inform you on how you can help support them.

Meet Nova -
This sweet 6 week old was rescued by our web designer Jan Cates when she and her daughter spotted a dog running by them with her in its mouth!! They managed to rescue Nova from it's mouth!!

She was a little banged up but is doing fantastic!! She's with an amazing foster and will be ready for adoption in 2 mos.
