The Giving Place will once again be collecting school supplies for children in need in the Unit 7 School District. Local stores, (Walmart, Target, Meijers, etc.) should have a list of supplies needed by grade and school district.
Thanks to Miranda, Linda, Jo Ellen, Sharon, Ernie, Dale, and Mike for serving our clients Wednesday.
We are always looking for people willing to volunteer for Wednesday night food and clothing distribution. Feel free to visit some Wednesday and see all the blessings that are happening and maybe become a part of it.
The Giving Place started as a way for our church and other community churches to minister to the Unit 7 School District and help those in need. This ministry will continue for as long as we are able. If you know of any families in Unit Seven that are in need, please encourage them to visit TGP on Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00.
