REMINDER: monthly meetup - WEDS Oct 21 6-8pm - we meet at Vod's Craft Emporium 5800 Monroe St., Sylvania

10/05/2026

We have three great events lined up for October and November. Here is a quick summary of what's coming up:
Wednesday, Oct 21 (6–8 PM) – October Meeting @ Vod's Emporium: Come hang out and bring a Show & Tell item! Whether it's a finished quilt, a WIP, or a tricky sewing question, we want to see it.
Sunday, Nov 8 (10 AM–5 PM) – November Meetup & Sew-In: A full day of sewing and socializing. Bring your machine, basic tools, a current project, and a snack to share. The cost is $20 to cover the space and irons. Please reply to this email to RSVP if you can make it!
Saturday, Nov 14 – Vod's Rice Pouch Class: A few members signed up at our last meeting, so we wanted to open it up to everyone. It's a beginner-friendly patchwork drawstring bag. Learn more and sign up here: https://www.vodshere.com/rice-pouch

Doing any quilt sewing this weekend? Here's my Scrap Bash blocks so far. Thought I would make a wall hanging and now I'm not sure, so scraps are waiting in a little scrap bin.
