🥞✨ Healthy, Banana Oat Pancakes ✨🍌

These Banana Oat Pancakes are the perfect combo of flavor and goodness! 💛 Packed with natural sweetness from ripe bananas and the goodness of oats, they’re quick to make, full of energy, and way better than your average pancake!

🥞 Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 ripe banana 🍌

1 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

Blend the oats into a fine flour (if using rolled oats).

Mash the banana until smooth.

Mix the banana, oats, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter.

Cook pancakes on a medium-hot skillet with a little butter or oil.

Flip when golden brown and serve with your favorite toppings!

These pancakes are a great for a nice snack, after a good workout, or maybe a little sweet treat to have with friends 😁

Do you want to whip up something delicious, fun, and EASY? Try these No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites—perfect for kids and teens to make with zero oven time and maximum yum!

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (or almond/sunflower butter for allergies)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 ½ cups quick oats
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make It:
Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
Roll into bite-sized balls and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Enjoy your sweet, chewy, chocolatey snack!

Ready for a super easy, no-bake treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat? Try this Frozen Yogurt Bark it’s delicious and customizable

Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe🥣

Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or any flavor you love)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries—your choice!)
¼ cup granola for crunch
¼ cup chocolate chips or sprinkles (because why not? )

How to Make It:
Spread yogurt evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle on your toppings!
Pop it in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy your cool, creamy snack!
