Happy Independence Day! We hope you are all keeping safe and enjoying the freedoms Veterans provided you 250 years ago and up to the present.

Huge congratulations to Carter Borton. He placed 2nd at The USA Clay Target High School State Championship in Bend.
It was a 3 way tie for first with a 97 out of 100. The reverse score is how they decide the tie breaker.
Carter graduated from Eddyville High this year and has achieved Championship status twice before with the 4h State Championship. Carter also represented Oregon at the 4H National Championship a couple years ago.
Carter is an amazing young man and we will miss his leadership and laughter at practice. We know your future is bright and look forward to seeing all you achieved.

Huge congratulations to Carter Borton!!! Carter placed 2nd at the USA Clay Target High school league at the Bend Trap Club! Outstanding young man we are so proud of all your achievements over the years. This is definitely icing on the cake.
Our team did an amazing job. Carter Borton, Josh Brown and Reese Warfield made All State.
It was a very cold, windy and rainy day and we made it happen.
Outstanding job team!! We are very proud of you and can't wait for the next season to begin.

Our team is off to the High school State Championship. Eddyville High School Trap team allows all students from Lincoln County to be part of the team. Our Post has supported the team since it was created in 2006.
This year we have students from Eddyville, Toledo, Siletz and home school.
The team has had an amazing year so far and we are ready for tomorrow's competition.

Huge congratulations to Reese Warfield!! Reese, a 8th grader, secured a spot to go to Nationals and received awards for Reserve Champion and High Point! Outstanding shooting, we are so proud of your achievements!
We had 11 go to the 4H State Championship and the team did an amazing job!
Head Coach Dave Boyce, Coach Bob Cusick, Coach Mike Petersen (VFW RSO) and Team Coordinator Kim Warfield are the perfect support team to allow the team to be safe and excell in the sport. Huge Thank you for all the long days on the range and behind the scenes that keeps this amazing program going.
