Girls on the Run is a non-profit prevention program that encourages pr***en girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Girls on the Run curricula address all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being. The programs combine training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts.

91% of Girls on the Run alums said the program helped them resolve conflicts with peers, thanks to tools in their GOTR Toolbox like listening and talking it out, using respectful communication, and taking a moment to pause before responding. 💕
