Mayfair Plymouth Faithful, Fit, and FUN

Mayfair Plymouth Faithful, Fit, and FUN Scott and Lisa Van Dootingh have started a small group to share what they have learned and to assist others in achieving their weight loss goals.

This group will meet twice a month at the church after the second service. The fan page is a communication tool to keep us inspired and in touch in between meetings. God is the primary focus of our relationship as we embark on this life journey to health and fitness.
