Consistent Ties Consulting, coaching, and practical tools that build on existing strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

Instead of carrying the stress of the school day straight straight home, kids have a supportive space to unwind, regroup, and build skills that make evenings smoother for families. Consistent Ties provides a structured, supportive after-school space where kids can decompress, build life skills, and gain confidence. We focus on helping youth develop organization, emotional regulation, communication, and everyday skills in a calm, positive environment. Our program acts as a steady bridge between school and home - giving kids time to reset after the school day while practicing skills that make everything smoother for families. Through routines, hands-on activities, and strong relationships, we help kids grow in ways that feel natural and encouraging. We work alongside families and community partners to provide consistent support that meets kids where they are.
