~ PRAYER - People all over the world have a desperate need to experience the power of God. HANDS OF HEROES

The hand of a hero is one that is stretched toward others. The hand of a hero can help by:

~ SERVING - People all over the world are in desperate need of help. By lending a hand in service toward others we can change people’s lives.

~ GIVING - People all over the world are poor and in need of the basic components of survival. By giving to others we can change the course of people’s lives.

Hi everyone! We are having some trouble with our normal software for tax receipts. I have had to use a new software but it has given us a few glitches in our receipts. We have such exciting news to share! Many of you will remember that almost 2 years ago Sharla graduated medical school in the Dominican Republic. Since that time, she has unfortunately been in a bit of a state of limbo. She could not obtain a work permit in the DR and due to the dangerous situation in Haiti, could not return there either. We began looking at options for her to get a work visa to the United States, but as that is no longer a possibility, Sharla began exploring other options. After a long search, Sharla has officially accepted a position in MooseJaw, SK in Canada! She will be leaving the DR for Canada later this month! We could not be more excited for her and this opportunity! Through the last several years, Sharla has remained so positive, her trust in God shining through. She has been such an example of following Jesus and trusting him for her future. Please join us in congratulating Sharla on this opportunity and praying for her smooth transition!
