🥗 Chicken & Sweet Potato Power Bowl Recipe (Athlete Edition)
Ingredients:
• Chicken breast
• Sweet potato
• Zucchini
• Baby spring mix salad
• Olive oil
• Garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt
• Optional: light vinaigrette or Greek yogurt ranch
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Sweet Potato:
• Cut into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika
• Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes
2️⃣ Chicken:
• Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
• Grill, bake, or pan-sear until cooked through
• Slice into strips
