The Toledo Area Glass Guild is a cooperative effort, established in 1981, for artists working in hot glass. The facility, one-of-a-kind, is unique in the United States, offering a co-operative effort by artists who share all responsibilities of cost, maintenance and operations, while producing individual art works in glass. Toledo is a city rich in history and technical knowledge from industrial g

lass giants,Owens-Illinois, Johns Manville and Libbey Glass. Support and knowledge was given to the formation of this glass studio from Tom McGlauchin and Dominick Labino, pioneers in the studio glass movement. The public is welcome to come and view close-up the art of glass blowing.

Former President of Toledo Area Glass Guild, Randy K***z, passed away last night. He was a glass artist who shared his talents at Toledo Area Glass Guild, blowing ornaments every year at "Heralding the Holidays." His glass can be found throughout the United States. He will be missed.
