We have some pretty fantastic women working at Columbia Gas. And in honor of we want share how some of them thrive in their roles.
Kicking off the month is Toledo Service Technician, Christina.
We asked her, what factors have contributed to your success in this industry?
“I think confidence plays a large part. Not being afraid to ask questions and continuing to learn from others with more experience or different perspectives helps me to cultivate confidence. Also staying positive and trying to keep a good attitude. Instead of focusing on the negative, I try to focus on what a great opportunity Columbia Gas has afforded me as an essential worker.”
