Congratulations to our Miss Kimberly -keep shining bright ๐
At the Annual Jazz brunch, the MSNC will recognize three community members for their contributions to the MSNC FREEDOM School and the Toledo community.
Please help us recognize Mrs. Kimberley Fisher. Kimberley is a proud Toledo native and graduate of Robert S. Rogers High School. The youngest daughter of Officer Earl and Lenora Barry, she was raised with a strong foundation of God, service, family, and community. She earned her Bachelorโs degree from Lourdes University and her Masterโs degree from Wayne State University.
With more than 25 years dedicated to education, Kimberley has made a lasting impact on children and families throughout the Toledo area. She currently serves as a Childrenโs Librarian at the Lagrange Branch Library, where she creates meaningful, literacy-rich experiences for young learners. In addition, she is an adjunct professor and co-coordinator of the Early Childhood Education program at Owens Community College, where she prepares and inspires the next generation of educators.
Kimberley believes her lifeโs purpose is to uplift and support children and families. Guided by her faith, she considers herself a servant of Christ and is committed to serving others wherever she is called.
She has spent over 20 years building and raising a family with Juston Fisher. Together they raised four children, Aja, Marial, Madison, and Juston Jr. and are now the loving grandparents of Zuri and Chloe. Kimberley is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Girl Friends, Inc., and serves as a mentor with Jems2Jewels.
Through her leadership, service, and unwavering commitment to her community, Kimberley continues to make a meaningful and lasting difference.
