If you live in Lucas County, will you take our short survey? We are measuring community knowledge on the opioid epidemic, harm reduction, and substance use. We appreciate your time!!

Do you live in Lucas County? How do you feel the opioid epidemic is impacting our community? We'd love for you to take our quick, anonymous survey. We'll share key points from the results at the end of the project. Your input means a lot to us!

Thank you so much to those who have completed our feedback survey.
I want to take a moment to issue a formal apology. It was brought to our attention that we did not read several names that were submitted. After some investigation I realized that when the names were printed, there were several that were "between pages" that did not make it. We are so sorry if you did not get to hear your loved ones name and will do better to be more diligent next year. Every name submitted is important to us.
If you'd like to provide feedback to us on what you liked or how we could improve the event experience next year, please do so through this survey. Thank you!
