Our focus is on helping vulnerable students with resources to overcome food insecurity while seeking educational opportunities beyond high school. We support students, along with their families, who are part of under-resourced communities, who have nevertheless in light of their real-life circumstances demonstrated achievement in school, and who with a helping hand would be enabled to overcome fin

We are pleased to announce our matched grant provided by FedEx foundation to fully fund the 2023 program of Nuestros Ninos, El Futuro-Our Children, The Future. This program administered by La Conexion and Bowling Green State University provides:

- Weekly tutoring & homework assistance
- Weekly ESL instruction to students & parents
- Assistance to Latinx and recent immigrant families with school registration and understanding school's procedures
- Building libraries in at least 20 youth homes
- Cultural compatible mentoring
- Collaboration with non-Latino organizations to help create youth exchanges

Committed to our focus on supporting diverse rising talent, it’s our pleasure to announce our second 2022 IT Scholarship Award recipient, Destiny Contreras, a graduating senior from Hawthorne High School in Los Angeles, CA. Destiny was granted a brand new laptop and carrying case that she can take with her as she pursues her higher education at either the California State University, Chico or California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, studying Animal Science. Committed to our focus on supporting rising diverse talent, it’s our pleasure to announce one of our eight 2022 IT Scholarship Award recipients, Omar Nwakwubei, a graduating senior from Hawthorne High School in Los Angeles, CA. Omar was granted a brand new laptop and carrying case that he can take with him as he pursues his higher education at the University of Rochester on scholarship, studying Political Science. We’re excited to be a part of the Pathway, Inc Back 2 School Fair! We’ll be giving away two Laptops to serve as an IT resource to two lucky students in a raffle giveaway. We’re also thrilled to be an entertainment sponsor of Toledo School for the Arts during the event.

Santino says, "It was a challenge moving from place to place while keeping my grades up. I underestimated how difficult it is to keep up your grades while moving homes & schools. Luckily I was able to keep my grades up while moving around."
