Join us for an unforgettable night of basketball, community, and celebration as we come together to support our NICU babies and their families! This event is about raising awareness, spreading love, and honoring the strength of the families who have experienced the NICU journey.

💕 Angel Mamas, We Have a Few Spots Available! 👟🦋

We are just a little over a week away from kicking off Steps Toward Healing: Walking in Love & Remembrance, and we would love to welcome a few more Angel Mamas into this special experience! 💕

This is a FREE mental wellness and creative healing experience designed for mothers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

Throughout our time together, we’ll focus on grief, emotional wellness, healthy coping strategies, connection, and remembrance. Each mama will also have the opportunity to design a personalized pair of memorial sneakers in honor of her baby. 👟💕

✨ Who can participate?

Bereaved mothers ages 18+ who reside in Lucas County, Ohio, and can commit to our five-session experience.

💕 Our first session begins Thursday, October 29!

All sessions, memorial sneakers, supplies, and resources are provided at absolutely no cost to participants.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you deserve a space where your grief is acknowledged, your baby is remembered, and you are surrounded by mothers who understand. 💕

💗 An Update From Tiny Hearts Remembered!

As we continue to grow and strengthen how we serve families impacted by pregnancy and infant loss, we’re making a few adjustments to our administrative operations.

Beginning Monday, October 19, 2026, Tiny Hearts Remembered, Inc. will have updated virtual office hours:

🕗 Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM ET

Friday–Sunday | Closed

During these hours, we will review and respond to emails, phone calls, text messages, social media messages, and other inquiries. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.

Please note that our scheduled support groups, community events, and programs will continue as planned, including those held outside regular office hours.

Tonight, we remember. 🕯️🩷🩵

Today, October 15, is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

A day to honor the babies who were here for a moment but have left a lifetime of love, memories, and impact.

We remember the babies whose names we know, the babies whose names were never spoken, the pregnancies that ended too soon, and the families who continue carrying their babies in their hearts.

At 7 PM, families around the world will participate in the International Wave of Light by lighting a candle in remembrance of babies gone too soon.

Whether your loss happened recently or many years ago, your baby matters. Your grief matters. And your story deserves to be acknowledged. 🤍

Tonight, we invite you to light a candle, say your baby’s name, and remember alongside us.

Pregnancy and infant loss does not have one story.

Some families experience miscarriage. Some experience stillbirth. Others experience the death of their baby during infancy. While each experience is different, every baby matters and every family’s grief deserves to be acknowledged.

During Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, we’re creating space for education, remembrance, compassionate care, and support.

✨Tiny Hearts Share: Stay Close to Me, Gio Part 2✨

I grieve the toddler I should be chasing around the house. I grieve his first steps and first words. I grieve wondering what his little voice and laugh would have sounded like. I grieve watching cartoons together, making him laugh with my silly dancing, giving him his first lollipop, taking him to the park, buying his little sneakers, watching him play with his sisters and seeing the relationship between him and Dream develop as they grew.

I grieve the little boy, the teenager and the man my son should have had the opportunity to become.

And I grieve being a twin mama in a way I never imagined. I was supposed to raise two babies together. Instead, I am raising one twin here on Earth while loving and mothering her twin brother across worlds. Dream will always be Gio’s twin sister. My daughters will always have their brother. His dada will always have his son. And I will always be Giovanni’s mommy.

His absence is enormous, but so is his presence in our family.

We say his name. We celebrate him. We wear his pictures. We have memorial jewelry and keepsakes. We include him in holidays and family moments. We create artwork for him, light candles for him, celebrate his Angel Day, and look for the little signs that make us feel like our boy is still close. His sister kisses his pictures and recognizes him, and watching her love her twin brother in the only way she can now is both beautiful and heartbreaking.

I refuse to allow the worst day of my life to become the entirety of my son’s story.

Gio lived.

For 72 days, Giovanni Angel was here. He was held. He was kissed. He was snuggled. He knew his mommy’s arms. He knew his family. He had a twin sister. He had three sisters who will forever have a baby brother. He had a dada who dreamed about raising his little boy. He had an entire life waiting for him.

And above everything else, he was loved beyond measure.

Losing Gio has changed every part of who I am. Some days I still don’t understand how I’m supposed to carry this much love for someone I can no longer physically hold. I’ve learned that grief doesn’t replace motherhood. I am still actively loving and mothering my son; I just have to do it differently now.

So I speak his name.

I tell his story.

I create for him.

I celebrate him.

I look for him in every little sign.

And I will love him out loud for the rest of my life.

Seventy-two days wasn’t nearly enough. I would give anything for one more morning with those big brown eyes looking back at me. But I will cherish the 72 days I was given with my sweet boy for every day that I am here.

My beautiful Giovanni Angel.. my Gio, my mama’s boy, my favorite boy, my sonshine.. you will never be forgotten.
