Please help us give a warm welcome to our new Secretary, Jennifer Lynnette! Jen looks forward to serving the Tolar community as the Board Secretary for TYAA. She brings more than 20 years of corporate and non-profit experience to the organization. She is married to Derek, a Retired Marine Corps Harrier pilot, and they love living in Tolar with their son, Elijah. They love traveling, hiking, cycling, and spending time with their animals as a family.

Please help us give a warm welcome to our new Treasurer, Taryn Blackman!! Taryn is excited to be a new member of the TYAA board. She loves our Tolar community and is thrilled to be a part of the behind the scenes that keeps TYAA running. Her little family includes her husband, Hunter, and their 3 tinies: Hadley, Hawk, and Hayes. They enjoy being involved in their church and they love adventure! If they are out of town, you will most likely find them camping! 💜

It’s officially that time, sign-ups are now live! Be sure to check out the attached flyer for all the details.

We would like to thank Chase Elliott and Jace Foreman for their invaluable coaching of our youth for over a decade! Throughout the years, both gentlemen have also dedicated their time to serving as board members of TYAA. Their positive influence has touched the lives of many young athletes, and we are incredibly grateful for all their contributions. These children have created unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime, and we sincerely hope that they will continue to be a part of their lives and the TYAA community in the years to come.

Well, that’s the end of the 2025-2026 basketball season! Congratulations to all our players and coaches on an exceptional season. This wouldn’t have been possible without our parents, who volunteer to coach these young athletes, and to all the parents who ensure their children attend practices and games.
We are excited to announce that five teams from the 3/4 and 5/6 divisions made it to the playoffs. And two of our first and second-grade teams, Team Bell and Team Kulczycki, secured second place as they ended their regular season.

Playoff results:

5/6 Girls: Team Elliott won first place! 🥇
5/6 Boys: Team Foreman/Reuther secured second place.
3/4 Girls: Team Mabry/Gfeller also secured second place.
3/4 Girls: Team Kolb/Lewis finished in third place
3/4 Boys: Team Wiginton finished in fourth place.

All of the kids played hard this season! The Rattler future is bright!

First practices start Monday March 23.

If you see a TBD under your team, its because that team needs a head coach. If we don't find a head coach, you will not have a season. Please help me with finding coaches for:

Registration closes Sunday February 22nd at midnight. No late sign-ups.

🏀 Basketball Evaluations 🏀

This Thursday, November 20th, at the Tolar E-Gym! Check your child’s grade for times. The only age group that does not need to attend is the 5th and 6th grade girls.

If you cannot make it, you will still be assigned a team.

After evaluations, coaches will be reaching out to teams soon to communicate practice times and locations.
