The TCPO is very honored to have received one of the Ashe County Arts Council Jane Lonon Legacy Fund Grants to hold costume workshops for the July 4 Todd Liberty Parade. Be on the lookout for eagles and monarchs at this year’s parade! We will repost the workshop schedule.

We are holding some fun, creative and free workshops to support the 2026 Todd Liberty Parade and we would love for you to participate. There are workshops for all levels. All supplies are provided. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Come and get your creative juices flowing for a good cause by registering for a workshop. Please be aware that the Todd Island Park parking lot will be closed tomorrow, Thursday March 26th, for grading and gravel. It may also be closed part of Friday. Please do not use the parking lot during this time. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
