National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week

From the crews on the road — to the voices behind the headset:

When the tones drop and the radio comes alive, you’re already there.
Before we roll… before lights hit the road… before we even know what we’re walking into… you’re working.

You hear the panic — and give us clarity.
You gather the details — and give us direction.
You manage the chaos — and give us calm.

You are the steady voice in our ear when seconds matter most.
You keep us safe without ever stepping on scene.
You talk families through CPR, give life-saving instructions, and stay on the line when someone needs it most.

You hear the worst days of people’s lives…
Then answer the next call like it’s the first.

That takes strength most never see.

To our Stephens County 911 Telecommunicators —
From all of us in EMS:

Thank you for being the calm before we arrive.
Thank you for being the voice we trust.
Thank you for being the unseen link that makes everything work.

We couldn’t do what we do without you.
And we wouldn’t want to.

We see you.
We appreciate you.
We stand with you — today and every day.

Happy National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week
From your Stephens County EMS family 🚑

🖤💛
