Main Street Toccoa Downtown Toccoa: the perfect blend of modern living in the context of historic preservation.

The Main Street Program began in 1990 to facilitate the revitalization of Downtown Toccoa. The Mission Statement of Main Street Toccoa is to improve Toccoa’s quality of life by strengthening downtown’s role as the community’s heart. The Vision Statement of Main Street Toccoa is: Toccoa Main Street is a nonprofit organization formed to make the downtown district the economic and cultural center of the community. The overall objective is to improve the viability and appearance of the downtown district and to stimulate long-term reinvestment through business recruitment and retention, all within the context of historic preservation. Main Street Toccoa has been accredited by the National Trust for Historic Preservation since 1999. Main Street Toccoa is one of only 8 GEMS (Georgia Exceptional Main Streets) in the State of Georgia.

Even though Toccoa Fest has moved indoors to the Historic Ritz Theatre for Saturday, September 12th, our incredible downtown shops and restaurants are open and ready for you. Our local business owners put in so much time and effort for these events, so come on out, grab a bite, and shop local!

Here is your ultimate weekend schedule in Downtown Toccoa:

Saturday, Sept 12 (Today): Shop and dine at your favorite downtown businesses throughout the day, and catch amazing indoor Toccoa Fest performances at the Historic Ritz Theatre from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM!

Sunday, Sept 13 (Tomorrow): Keep the party going! Head back downtown for more live music right on Doyle Street from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Due to the weather forecast, we are moving Saturday’s events INDOORS to protect our sound and musical equipment!

Here is what you need to know for this weekend:

📍 SATURDAY (Sept 12):

New Location: Historic Ritz Theatre (166 W Doyle St, Toccoa, GA 30577)

Time: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📍 SUNDAY (Sept 13):

Location: Outdoors on Doyle Street (Downtown Toccoa)

Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
