The 2026 Small Business Advantage Grant Program is open for applications!

Open: September 18, 2026
Close: March 19, 2027 or when all funds are committed.
Available funding: $1 million

These grant funds can be used by Pennsylvania small businesses to increase energy efficiency, reduce pollution, or protect the natural resources of Pennsylvania relating to their business operations. You, your clients, membership, customers, or other constituencies may be interested in applying for this funding. A link to the online application system and to all the program documents, including Program Guidelines and a Grant Calculator, are available on the Small Business Advantage Grant Website.

The Titusville Redevelopment Authority will have a public meeting today, August 17th on the second-floor large conference room at ., for anyone that may be interested in single-family homeowner occupied housing rehabilitation. To qualify the household must not make over the low/moderate income level for Crawford County.

That income level is:

One person-$48,300
Two persons-$55,200
Three persons-$62,100
Four persons-$68,950
Five persons-$74,500
Six persons-$80,000
Seven persons-$85,500
Eight persons-$91,050

The Authority will apply for up to $350,000 in HOME grant funding for the rehabilitation projects. Participating owners of owner occupied single family homes would be required to agree to a five year forgivable lien on their property.

Low-Income homeowners are encouraged to contact Titusville Community Development Agencies at (814) 827-3668 or by email at [email protected] by August 31, 2026, if they are interested in participating in a possible housing rehabilitation program. Information collected will include owners name, the address of the property to be considered for rehabilitation and a low-income statement. If the HOME grant is approved, further steps will be taken to determine eligibility of participants.
