Three Chamber Board Members Celebrate 50 Years of Service

The Tipton Chamber of Commerce recently recognized three of its own board members for an incredible 50 years of combined service and dedication to the Tipton community.
Each of these individuals has given countless hours, energy, and heart to helping make Tipton a stronger and more connected community. Their years of service are a true reflection of their commitment to the people, businesses, and future of Tipton.
Abby Cummins-VanScoy, President of the Chamber, and Bill Schwitzer, Treasurer, have each proudly served on the Chamber Board for 10 years. Denise Feltes, Secretary, has devoted an amazing 30 years to the board.
That means together, Abby, Bill, and Denise have given five decades of service to the Tipton Chamber and the community they call home.

Adding an extra special connection to the milestone, Abby’s father, Bob Cummins, also served as President of the Chamber 50 years ago!

Their commitment to this community has been unwavering. Through countless meetings, events, projects, and behind-the-scenes efforts, they have each played an important role in supporting local businesses, promoting Tipton, and helping create opportunities for the community to grow and thrive.

Fifty years of combined service is more than a milestone; it is a legacy. It represents dedication, friendship, leadership, and a genuine love for the Tipton community.
The Chamber is incredibly grateful for the time and talents Abby, Bill, and Denise have shared over the years. Their contributions have made a lasting difference, and their commitment is an example of what it means to give back to the community.
