noticed but would live forever and somehow help other parents and children with their life changing event. There are many resources that will help a family through this event, but the biggest is the drive and compassion from a father keeping his promise to his son. This promise was made to Tadan Charles Foss from me, his father. Out of this promise, the Tadan's Touch of Hope Counseling services has come about. Tadan's Touch of Hope Counseling uses the Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation model to help others, from all ages, to change behaviors to live successfully and satisfied lives. This model has been proven to help anyone committed to change to lead completely satisfied lives in all environments - living, learning, working, and social.
